All lash and beauty orders are processed within 1-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
Domestic Shipping to US: $4.99 (2-3 business days)
International Shipping to All Other Countries: $7.99 (6-21 business days)
All home dècor products are hand crafted and made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing.
Candle orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. To ensure that your package is not sitting over the weekend and risk melting or damage, we are only shipping candle orders Monday through Wednesday.
*Home decor and candle orders shipping rates are based on the customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Packages are mailed via USPS and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that was provided during checkout. Moore Beauty by Tiffany is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer and we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Once the package leaves our facility, it is USPS’ responsibility and duty to handle the shipping. If you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. If the issue is not resolved contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help solve the issue.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Moore Beauty by Tiffany does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this item, we do not accept returns nor exchanges on any orders at this time.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will be glad to replace it or issue you a refund. Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. After 7 days, customers will not be eligible for a refund nor a replacement.
All products purchased during a sale are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
